Stippling with pinhead

This is the third edition to my horror series. I hope you all enjoy.. I choose a stippling technique since the subject was pinhead himself.. The backround is suppossed to look out of focus. Much like a Macro mode with a camera. It might help to step back in full view to see how I tried to achieve this..
